Who We Are
Hulme Resources Inc. is contracted with the Department of Mental Health to provide their services through the Missouri Medicaid Home and Community Based Waivers.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to provide holistic, person centered resources and solutions for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
We also provide ongoing support for school districts and agencies wanting to strengthen their commitment to those they serve. We do all of this by educating, empowering, and ensuring a barrier-free path to a great quality of life.

Whether you are an individual with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (I/DD) , or a parent/caregiver of an individual with I/DD, we want to be your number one cheerleader while you’re on your journey.... no matter what stage of life. We do this by providing unique life coaching services that are specific to your personal goals. It’s such a great feeling when you know you have people on your side all the way!
Educate
One of the most significant things we do for our clients is to educate them on the ins and outs of the “system” (as we like to call it) . We don’t just educate on the basics, we delve deep into the tricks of the trade. Our agency always strives to keep up on current local, state, and national guidelines, processes, and protocols.
The world of disability services can be a very complex one, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Once you are equipped with the knowledge, the path is much clearer! We offer 1:1 training, group training, workshops both in person and virtual and online courses to give you the tools to navigate anything from IEP‘s, Transition, Adult Services, and Benefits...You name it, we teach it!
Empower
By receiving needed encouragement, and gaining a valuable education through our services, our clients are then empowered to reach any goal they have! They are empowered to advocate for themselves, sometimes for the very first time in their life! . Parents are empowered to question and speak up if they feel like their child is not getting what they need from all the various entities that provide services in their community. Feeling empowered is the most freeing feeling of all, and that is the ultimate goal the WE have for everyone we support!
